Set a scheduled time for your practice, whether in the morning or evening, that suits your lifestyle will help a lot. Be sure to set a realistic goal and commit to it.

As more people started practicing yoga at home these days, there are plenty of free online classes on YouTube for you to choose from. All you need is a stable internet connection and a gadget to watch these videos.
